Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The interview and hiring process was fairly relaxed. First round interview occurred on campus with one associate. First round interview was an in-depth overview of my resume and prior experience in addition to a cursory review of basic financials and accounting. What is a DCF? How does an increase in depreciation affect the three financial statements? Second round was a super day in office. 8 individuals were being interviewed at the same time. Super day lasted 4 - 5 hours. SF office is absolutely gorgeous. Super day consisted of interviews with groups of analysts, associates, and a couple one-on-one's with MDs. Some interviews were technical based but almost all focused on getting to know me as an individual.
