What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
3 interviews total, one with an associate in the St. Louis headquarters, and two with an MD and a VP at the SF office. Was almost entirely behavioral and really focused a lot on fit/why I was interested in public finance. Also asked about college classes and quantitative projects I had done. All the interviewers were really nice, seemed interested in their work, and thoroughly answered my questions.
