1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with the firm at an on campus presentation. Next step was an on campus interview, I only had one with one person and the interview was 100% behavioral. A week later, I heard back about the super day. Flew up, had 6 interviews, some with one banker and some with 2 bankers at the firm. Some were technical and some were behavioral. I wouldn't say there were any particularly challenging technical questions. No case studies and no brain teasers. Definitely show up having studied everything you can about the firm.
