The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Process began with an on campus coffee chat with HR. I received a formal interview request in January. There were two first round style interviews, each about 30 minutes, followed by a Superday. R1 was mostly conversational and behavioral, but included technical questions about past internships. Q's specific to my experiences, business model of a credit investing firm.

R2 was also mostly behavioral. Q's like 1. What did you do at your prior internship? 2. How do you think about private equity versus private credit? 3. Why private credit at our firm specifically? 4. Do you think private credit is here to stay or is the golden era over? 5. What industries are you interested in and why?

First and second rounds are zoom calls with senior associates on the team. They are really interested in any FIG / financial services experience you have. Questions are not overly technical, mostly behavioral and deal experience. Will ghost you if you do not make it to subsequent rounds, don’t expect to hear back from the recruiter unless they want to move you forward
Interview Questions
Asked about interest in financial services and experience there, which may be hard to speak to if you don’t have prior deal experience in that space

Heard about the application from an incoming summer analyst who put me in contact with the recruiter.

First round interview was with a current analyst. No technicals and just a chat about your interest in PE and your education.

Received an invitation to a second round interview with two associates two weeks later. Each interview was 30 min and was also mostly behavioral. Only technical questions were about DCF and accounting.
