I got the interview through school's Handshake Portal. I was prompted to apply through a referral. I had a first round screening with HR, and then the next main round with the would be boss. It was purely technical (coding, statistics, projects, etc.). I had final round with the group head. Did not get the offer.

I was asked about some server side coding/implementation which I had no experience with and did not expect at all.
