Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of 2 rounds. Both rounds consisted of 2 interviews with 2 current employees. The first round had lesser managers interview you (EM's) and the second rounds had partners and principals. First round was really chill and I thought was more about vibing with the interviewers than kill the case (granted, you still can't botch the case and need to seem smart). The second round was much more intense but was also very much a conversation and wasn't just the typical case interviews. I was asked questions about what I want out of my career etc.
