I was selected for an interview after submitting my resume through my campus MBA program's recruiting website. There was an evening networking reception between the interviewers visiting the campus and the candidates selected for an interview. The next day the interview was to take place. The format was three, in-person, 45 minute, 1:1, back-to-back interviews. Each interview was to be partially behavioral and partially case based.
I was unable to schedule the interview. The firm offered an alternative date for a single 45 minute interview with a single interviewer via Google Hangouts. If I passed, a follow on, in person, interview would be scheduled with two interviewers.
