Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Four interviews in total. 20 people in the morning, after one structured and one unstructured interviews, only 5 people are invited to the afternoon one, and had lunch with associates, then two interview with partners/directors. Very standard case interview, however, I felt like the standard of the interview with partners are much more higher and they really focus on details problems, and it seems like they are no well-prepared for the interview.
