Interview
Applied through the college sponsored job platform and received an invitation to take an online assessment less than a day later. I think I had 1 week to complete the assessment, and finished it by the third day. The assessment was mainly asking about your working style, working preferences, how you interact in teams, and a lot of simulation of behavioral situations. Once recruiters notified me that I passed the online assessment in a few days, I was set up to interview a week later. The first-round interview was with a senior manager, and once I passed that I moved on to the second-round interview with a director in a few days/~one week later. I was notified around 2 weeks later that I got the job. The rest is history!
Interview Questions
Consulting interviews in general can be difficult because you are expected to arrive at a 'correct' answer but it can be very ambiguous. The hardest question I got was at the end, when I was trying to provide evidence for my recommendation and the interviewer was challenging me and pushing me to prove my answer. At first I thought I did something wrong.

Interview
Started with a general online assessment, not too difficult just some math based questions, problem solving, etc.

First round interview is two 45min interviews back to back with a Senior Associate and Manager. The first interview starts with behavioral/motivational/CV questions (Why Strategy&? Why consulting? Tell me about a time when x) and then pivots to a market sizing question. The second interview is a structured case study where you're given a slide packet of 10 or so pages and have 10min to read through them and go through 3 questions. In my experience you really don't have time to go through all the questions within 10min, but you're not expected to and you can kind of walk through the solutions with your interviewer while looking through the packet at the same time. One of the questions I got was related to TAM which did have a single answer within the pages of the packet-- the other two questions were more qualitative which are a LOT easier to freestyle answer while browsing through the slide packet at the same time.

Second round is identical to the first round except you'll be paired with Directors/Partners. My second round interview went a lot better than my first because the directors/partners happened to be a lot more conversational with me, but I've heard people with opposite experiences so YMMV.
Interview Questions
The questions really were not that difficult-- you just need to be quite clear on your CV and the basic motivational questions surrounding teamwork, initiative, etc. I can mention one of the market sizing questions I got:
"Estimate the milk market in the UK"

Interview
Process was organized by school with a company presentation. Did a bunch of networking and was then invited from HR for two first round interviews with two principals of the offices I was applying to. The communication was efficient and well organized. The interviewers seems disengaged and cold. This might be associated with the crazy work and stress that they are facing in the Middle East.
Interview Questions
No surprises here. Just the normal consulting case structure. However, it was very much focused on market estimations and gauging market sizes, less so traditional consulting cases.
