The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Guggenheim came to campus for the first time to talk about the business and answer questions. The next day an invitation was sent out to x amount of students and by the following week, I was in NYC for a 1 on 1 with an MD and ER first year. If passed day one, invited back for day two 'super day'. Offer was extended after super day and letter sent shortly after. Very fast turn around. They mean business and have an office filled with great talent.
Interview Questions
It was conversational, I think since I had extensive experience in Accounting they skipped the Non-Cash related Financial Statement questions. We talked about the markets and I answered a few behavioral questions.
