2015 summer intern program

It was a pretty nice experience overall. I got the ref feral though a friend of mine who works in the firm currently. He connected me with recruiter and that's how the process started. Initial call with the recruiter around 15 minutes consisted only by behavioral questions. Straight forward ones, personality based. Second round was 1 on 1 interview with one of the MD's and also an associate stepped in by the end of the interview. The interview lasted around 90 minutes. Was consisted basically by behavioral questions and also some technicals jumped in here and there. Definitely know whats going on in the markets.
