Applied online through company job posting page, notified by email to rank group preference in division I applied for along with deck describing different groups. Received email later notifying that I had received a super day spot with one of the groups I had ranked near top (company will assign you a group based on preference and what they see as best fit/need). Super day consisted of short interviews with directors of 3 different industry vertical groups, mostly behavioral and basic technical questions.
