Investment Banking Analyst

The interview process was actually one of the more organized and expedited route I have ever been a part of. It was two interviews, a phone interview and a Superday. The phone interview was what you'd expect--mostly technical questions. Questions included: Where do you think the stock market is going? Why would one raise debt vs equity? Can you tell us about a recent deal and whether it is accretive? Superday seemed a lot more relaxed. I was placed in a "traditional Japanese sitting room" which is just a huge room, with 4 couches in a square-like shape with a large coffee table in the middle. My questions were mostly fit, sprinkled with a few technical questions. Everyone was extremely pleasant.
