What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, got a hirevue 4 days later. A month after submitting the hirevue I was invited for a Superday. I got the schedule for the superday the day before, it consisted of 5 30 minute interviews with either VPs or Directors. It was completely behavioral. Got asked tell me about yourself, why SMBC, why this role. Was asked to go into further detail about some of my experiences that were related to the role. Had at least 10-15 minutes each interview to ask them questions. The team was great and the interview went really well. Got the offer about 24 hours after my superday via a phone call from the recruiter.
