Interview
Interview process was informal and off-cycle. I was referred to the company by a friend who passed along my resume to a VP. I then proceeded with a phone interview with the VP.
Interview Questions
There was not anything that was exceptionally different or unexpected. I think if someone who has the necessary experience on paper (i.e. your resume speaks to the job and you were able to get an interview) has the opportunity to interview, he or she will do fine throughout the process. There is a good amount of emphasis on fit and the "whys" to make sure that you understand the culture and the responsibilities associated with the job. Make sure you understand the sourcing model as well as this is critical to the role.
