First round interview with HR. Why this company, why renewables, asked to go over my resume.
Second round with one of the Senior PM's. Job specific questions about the industry, local regulations, prior experience and how well I knew the region.
Third round with another Senior PM- basically the same questions plus more technicals - budgeting, procurement, processes, contractor and subcontractor work etc.
Fourth round - Director of the East coast EPC - most challenging project, how do you manage a difficult customer, what is the most important skill for a PM...
