Achieved a second round interview after on-campus recruiting. They bring close to 100 prospects to Atlanta for 2nd round interviews, and you are then broken up into flights. From there you meet with 4 or 5 people for 1 on 1 interviews. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. Appeared that they end up taking 1 or 2 people from each flight, instead of evaluating everyone over and then making decisions.
