I reached out to our school alums for this opportunity. They did on-campus interviews, and I was selected. Suntrust stresses more on fit questions than technicals. You have to know the basic how to do an LBO/DCF questions. I landed for a superday. The superday was pretty exciting given it's a superday. The firm paid for us to stay in the W. There were at least 3 events that involved socializing and drinking. It can be slightly awkward if you didn't know anybody at first, but it was all fun and games at the end. We ate dinner at a bar and had placed a couple workers who weren't involved in the interview process. Overall, I thought highly of the company.
