Investment Banking Analyst

Eight total interviews and each was between 30 and 45 min. Some of the interviews seemed to be more fit based and some seemed to be more technical based. I was taken out to lunch after the interviews. The importance of financial modeling was stressed during the process, as well as, attention to detail. Interviews were spread out between associates, vice presidents, directors, and managing directors. My advice would be to make sure you are tight on basic technical questions and be able to carry a social conversation with ease.
