Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The bank interviewed on my campus for its investment banking division. The on campus interview was a 30 minute 2 on 1 interview with a VP and Director/MD. The on campus interview was very much to determine fit and seriousness about banking. There were a few technical questions regarding accounting and valuation, but nothing that a basic understanding couldn't handle. I was invited for a super day, but ultimately turned it down. I think the super day consisted of 4-5 interviews with people from different groups and levels.
