Investment Banking Summer Analyst

First round phone screening started with a phone call with an associate and an MD, which was mostly basic behavioral and three simple technical questions. Afterward, both provided insight on what I could improve upon. Superday took place about two weeks later and consisted of a pre-night event and networking with analysts for lunch. 3 interviews and each was 30 minutes with a similar format to the phone screening.
