Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I applied through the diversity program at STRH for their sophomore summer analyst position. They asked for a cover letter and my resume. I was notified two weeks later to come to their headquarters for a netwroking session the first day and a Superday consisting of 5 interviews the second day. The interviews were very fit based and weren't technical heavy.The interviewers were very personable and it was more conversational. The culture at the bank seemed great from what I picked up at the networking session.
