Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was an accelerated process for women and minorities. It involved sending resume in response to company flyer about diversity summit. On first day of the summit, you listen to company presentation by an MD, Q&A panel from analysts and associates, and conclude the day with a networking reception with senior people at the firm. The next day consists of five (thirty minute) interviews with mainly VPs and MDs plus some associates. Questions were mainly fit, with an occasional technical question depending on your background.
