What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed through STRH's Diversity Summit. The process was a two day affair and consisted of a trading floor tour, networking reception with current analysts, dinner, as well as a meet and greet with the heads of the bank. The interviews were on the 2nd day and consisted of 4 mostly behavioral interviews. I had one that was about half technical and half behavioral. I don't consider myself very well versed on technicals and I thought the questions they asked were not difficult.
