Portfolio Management Analyst

I applied and interviewed on campus at my school - there was a meet and greet event the night before the interview for 2 hours or so with alumni from the company. I had a 30 minute interview with two interviewers and then got invited to their Super Day a couple days later. The Super Day was in Atlanta where we got a tour of the offices and then had another meet and greet followed by a dinner with current analysts. The next day consisted of a small breakfast event followed by five 1 on 1 interviews and concluded with a small lunch. Everyone was really nice that I met and made the process much less intimidating than I thought it would be. The culture at STRH was very relaxed and made me feel welcome. I found out about my offer the Monday following the Super Day which was the previous Thursday and Friday.​
