1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Our school (Georgia State University) has a program where we are able to network with current managers at various banks and financial institutions. Through that program we were able to meet with university recruiters from SunTrust. The program provided the recruiters with a book of our resumes. The recruiter contacted them and said that they were interested in interviewing me. The following week, I had an interview with 2 directors from the PM division. That very evening, the university recruiter contacted me to let me know that I was chosen to move on to the final round super day interview (this coming Friday). None of the questions were technical in nature.
