Met recruiters at OCR event and was invited to a meet and greet at a local restaurant. There were 7 candidates at the meet and greet, and we were all fighting for 1 or 2 spots - very competitive. It is nice getting to have a few beers with the people who will be interviewing you the next morning. The interview is all business - expect basic behavioral questions, no technicals.
