Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a somewhat informal and very conversational, hour-long interview. The interviewer was very straightforward about what he was looking for in a candidate and how he saw my resume and experience. The tone of the interview was very collegial. He gave me a lot of information about the position, the firm, his background and experience, and why he himself joined the firm.
