Please describe the interview / hiring process.
SunTrust did a resume drop on my campus. Several people were selected for a sophomore program they were hosting at their headquarters. The whole program was 2 days. On the first day we learned about STRH and on the second day we had 7 interviews, super day format. They asked the typical behavioral questions as well as accounting questions. Since I am a sophomore, they didn't get too in-depth with the technicals. People were down to earth, some seemed really cool. A lot of the senior guys came from Bulge Brackets so one can appreciate STRH's commitment to building their name and brand. I accepted the offer. The pay is street.
