Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume for diversity event being held; invited to a 2-day long superday (meet and greet on Thursday, interviews on Friday); had seven 30-minute interviews (mostly fit, a few technical questions). Because I was an economics major, I received quite a few questions about current events in the economy -- one VP told me to explain, in detail, what exactly QE is. Other questions centered around past experiences on my resume. I was given two technical questions and three brain teasers across all seven interviews. It was a very organized process and the interviewers seemed friendly for the most part. STRH's biggest draw is the culture that they offer -- it is defined based on southern hospitality. I heard back about the offer the following Monday.
