What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was just a one round on-campus deal, one analyst and one director. It was almost entirely fit; why banking, why STRH, etc. I got a few technicals, but only the really basic valuation type stuff. After the interview (which lasted 30 minutes) some of the better-performing candidates were invited out to dinner with the interviewers and a couple other employees. That was more of a social test of sorts, really chill but we were definitely being judged. Offers went out the next day.
