Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

1 on 1 Interview
Interview
Relatively straightforward interview process consisting of behavioral questions and some technical. Spoke with management regarding future plans and what the role would entail.
Interview Questions
Noting particularly difficult or unexpected. Discussed overall industry trends and effects of the macro-economy would feed into consumer behavior and spending habits. Spoke about debt capital markets and how it would impact buyers behavior and the ability to obtain financing. Very heavily based on behavioral aspects which was to be expected. Could have been much harder, however very few technical questions were asked. I was unexpected how fit oriented the interview process would be for the role.
