Interview
Applied through OCR which led to a phone screen and an in-person interview the week after. Spoke with an analyst, a VP, and an MD over the course of a 6 hour interview day. Had a technical written interview covering the 3 statements mostly.
Interview Questions
They asked a multitude of brain teasers (ie: how many golf balls fit in a 747) as well as probability questions pertaining to a deck of cards. 3 Statement questions were relatively straight forward but they tried to make you think backwards by reversing standard questions like walk me through $10 of depreciation on the 3 statements, to test your ability to think conceptually. There was no way to finish the technical written interview, which I found later was something they were also testing (your ability to work under pressure and failure).
