Overall a great process - Employees at SVB are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I was contacted by a recruiter who set up an online interview. There were pre-recorded questions and I recorded my responses via video. After passing this round they flew me in for face to face interviews. I pretty much interviewed with every person who would be on my team and most of the questions were based on my experience and how I think I could add to the SVB team. After the 5 or so behavioral interviews, I was given financials to review and an essay question. You are given a VERY short time to work through this, so I imagine they are trying to see how quick you can think under pressure.
