What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First consisted of a brief phone call with an alumni who was planning to refer me. That went well so then I moved on to a short conversation with a university recruiter. She only asked a few very basic questions, which I think was due to my alumni contact putting in a good word for me. Next came a recorded interview, where you are given a minute to think about a question, and then 3 minutes max to record your answer. There were five of these questions total and they were all fit questions. The final step is flying out to their office for 4-5 back to back interviews with various employees.
