Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a simple 2 on 1 interview with an analyst and a VP. They both seemed like nice guys, and were interested in what I had to say. They seemed a little bit stressed, but I am sure they had much more on their plate than just doing interviews for internships. They are a healthcare and life sciences bank which I do not have any experience in, and I think that hurt my chances. I could tell that they both had knowledge about the industry, and sciences, before starting here.
