Applied on Linkedin, got an email from an MD a few weeks later for an introductory call. Had ~15 minute behavioral chat with the MD, then was told at the end that I would be making it to the Superday. Had superday a few weeks later. Superday was 4 back to back 30min zoom calls with 3 Directors/MDs and 1 associate.
