3 rounds total. 1st round is two 30 min back to back conversations that are focused on mental math, standard PE technicals, grilling you on deal experience, etc. These guys truly don't care about the behavioral side, purely focused on making sure you are sharp on #'s. One interview will have a paper LBO that goes out to two decimal places. 2nd round is a 3 hour case study / model on a software company. Final round is a superday where you meet the partners / MDs
