Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
They basically just went through my resume and asked about my interests. Then they asked some behavioral questions. They didn't ask the ones I expected though, but the questions weren't very difficult. It just seemed like they wanted to get to know how you worked and how interested you were in the company. I mostly did this interview for interview experience since I've only ever had skype interviews before.
Interview Questions
Describe a time when you had an ethical dilemma and what did you do about it? As I said, the questions weren't very difficult, they just weren't what I was expecting.
How do you stay organized? It was a very broad question and I'm not sure what they were trying to find out from it. Doesn't everybody just stay organized with a planner?
