Enterprise Risk Intern

They first called me for a phone interview about three or four days after I submitted my resume through their online database. I thought this went well, and they asked me to go into their Baltimore headquarters for an in-person interview day. I interviewed with the six senior members of the Risk Management team. They were all polite and had interesting things to say. The questions were basically fit questions, but they asked a few technical questions about my prior internship in private equity. Additionally they asked about my views on the current situation of the markets. On the upside, they had one of their analysts take me out to lunch after the interview.
