Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They mainly recruit at schools close to their Owings Mills and Baltimore locations (Loyola, UMBC, College Park, etc.), but I heard about the position through a neighbor. I passed along my resume to him, and was called by someone in HR to set up an interview the next month. The interview was strictly behavioral questions, and I was also asked what I thought made me a fit for TRP and the position.
