The interview at T. Rowe Price was for the Investment Specialist role within the Investment Guidance Group which is also known as the Investment Sales Group. The position operates within a call-center environment and the process took 4-6 weeks from initial phone screen to offer. The interview itself was very behavioral. They wanted examples of working in a team, when things went well with a client, when things went poorly and how you reacted. The interview is very basic and the job follows the interview.
