Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It consisted of two interviews, both of which were done by the phone. More than likely the second is done in person but we were unable to find a time that worked for me and the interviewer. The first was asking about walking me through your resume and telling me about yourself while the second focused more on "Tell me about a time" sort of questions.
