Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted an application through my college's career portal. Got invited for an on-campus interview about a week or two later. The interviewer was very chill. He asked about a previous internship experience I had, what I thought about that industry, about an "interest" I listed on my resume, and about a book on investing I've read. Overall, very down to earth guy, most of it was conversational. Heard back in about a week that I had gotten the internship (so no second round).
