The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
This is a review for the multi-family office role for a quantitative portfolio analyst role. Interview was fairly standard with behavioral questions and questions regarding what do you know about what is happening in the market, what do you do on a day-to-day, some terminology questions (do you know what a mutual fund, etf, SMA is). Latter questions focused on technical abilities regarding: do you know python, sql, vba.
Interview Questions
What do you know about vba?
What is a mutual fund
What is an etf
What is a SMA?
Tell me about yourself.
Other than the standard behavioral questions and the above, no questions were unexpected. The final interview with the CEO, which sounds most intimidating, will dig into your background to understand what you can contribute to the team. Be sure to sound enthusiastic about the position even though the interview day may be a Friday after lunch and the team may seem uninterested (this was my experience).
