Interview
Interview process was pretty standard - initial phone screen with the associate followed by two in person meetings with the team, elevation in the hierarchy. The phone screen was traditional questions "Such as why this firm" + "Tell us what you about the investment management process". When progressing with senior leadership, conversations were more focused on where value was added in previous internships and where value could be added at the current firm. Overall positive experience
