Note: Patrik Nelson (no "c") was the MD / staffer who organized the interviews. Ms. Jeremy Rachel Smith is the COO.
They started with a phone interview focusing on behavioral and my story for why I wanted to join a boutique firm. They are a group of former top UBS bankers that started their own practice and are huge in the tower space. Their top deals were sale of T-Mobile towers to Crown Castle for $2.5Bn (November 2012) and AT&T towers to Crown Castle for $4.8Bn (December 2013).
Interview also consisted of an M&A case study model built over a couple of days. They asked me to walk them through the M&A model.
Final interview included members of the team and the three partners: Karim Tabet, Davis Terry and David Lowham. David Lowham was very technical in his interview style.
