1st round is a very brief 15mins phone call with the analyst. Very basic behaviorals and technicals acting as a screener.
2nd round is a 30 mins online interview with an analyst and an associate, mix of behaviorals and technicals. Technicals are not too out of the ordinary mostly from the guide
