Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a 1st round phone interview with basic technicals and behavioral questions. 2nd round interview was mostly technical with difficult but not impossible questions. Superday was 4 30 minute interviews with MDs. Mostly behavioral on the superday. I believe the 2nd round is where they weed out the kids who can’t do the technicals and the superday is where they see if they would want to work with you.
