Met with accounting manager and business development manager in two separate meetings. Accounting manager described the day-to-day operations in her group and mainly told me about the company and it's lean staffing philosophy. Business development manager gave an overview of his vision for building the company staffing mix as they continue to acquire additional companies to build their MLP asset portfolio. Questions were explained at great length before an answer was expected, so there was ample time to construct your answer in your head as each question was being explained.
